Return & Replacement Policy

Kaaya Lifestyle is committed to delivering the goods to end users unharmed and as per customer requirements. It’s a rare case for Kaaya Lifestyle where customers didn’t get their products unharmed. But sometimes we may fail to fulfill your expectations, sometimes situations aren’t by our side. But there is now a bond of trust between customers and Kaaya Lifestyle so, for further ensuring and encouraging this bond of trust Kaayalifestyle.com brings you option to return the products you got (If the product is damaged or designed mistakenly). In that case Kaaya Lifestyle will give you fresh products in return.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • It is within 04 Days from the delivery date.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
  • Refund/ replacement for products are subject to inspection and checking by Kaaya Lifestyle team.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Reasons for returns & replacement

  • Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
  • Size Mismatch for clothing.(Please be noted that, this policy will only be activated if we send you the clothing’s / products which mismatch the size mentioned in the invoice. If invoice and delivered item’s size matches, we will not reconsider refund at any cost.)
  • Color Mismatch for clothing.
  • Wrongly Printed clothing.(Front/Back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)
  • Wrong product sent.

How to return:

Contact Kaaya Lifestyle Customer Care team by emailing info@Kaayalifestyle.com within 04 days after receiving your order.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

  • The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
  • If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
  • You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at info@Kaayalifestyle.com and we shall investigate.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
